PMC 2024 is August 18-23 at Camp Kintail.

Note: these were the fees for 2023. We may need to adjust them for 2024.

*Daily fee applies to stays of 3 days or less.
Children 4 and under are free. There is no HST to be added.
E-transfer (to pmctreasurer@gmail.com) is our preferred method of payment. If you want to pay by cheque, please make any cheques payable to Presbyterian Music Camp.
PMC has a few funds, each with a unique purpose. More background information on them is available here.
The ASP Fund provides bursaries for individuals or families who need financial assistance with camp fees. Application information is available here.
The GEM Fund provides support for campers with special needs in the form of a stipend for an assistant or caregiver. For inquiries, please contact the registrar at pmcregistrar@gmail.com.
The Moncrieff Memorial Fund provides resources to purchase musical instruments for the camp, with a particular focus on rhythm instruments for younger campers. For inquiries, please contact the registrar at pmcregistrar@gmail.com.
The Tom Gemmell Fund provides bursaries to cover the cost of attending PMC for one member of the clergy or certified student, and one music director. Application information is available here.
Full refund of all fees paid up until the day camp begins for any reasons.
If a camper leaves camp during the week for any reason, there will be no partial refund.
PMC Board reserves the right to change the Refund Policy for Extenuating Circumstances (for instance, if camp is cancelled because of a communicable disease).
